About Young Catholic Students (YCS)
The Young Catholic Students (YCS) is the students' Catholic action movement, aiming to transform school and college environments through the Catholic faith. Student members at St Lawrence High School and PU College are guided to See, Judge, and Act on social and moral issues.
History
YCS at St Lawrence High School has been active in building a generation of socially conscious and faith-filled young Catholics.
Objectives
To form students in Catholic social teaching; to develop critical thinking; to encourage community service; to promote inter-faith harmony.
